Joe B. Moore, IFAS

. .  Joe began appraising with his father Jack, in 1975. Holding the IFAS designation through the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, he works primarily on commercial projects. Joe is a native of Helena, with a background in the building industry providing a strong basis with which to support valuation services. He provides commercial valuation services over a large portion of western Montana with an emphasis on detail and statistical analysis.   Active in many areas, one of his main focuses is on the outdoors, shown in his many years as a volunteer Hunter Education Instructor for the Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks. . .

Tim J. Moore, IFAS

. .  Tim began his appraising career in 1987 , after 15 years in the construction industry. With his construction background for support, appraising for all types of new construction is one of his specialties. The first 10 years were dedicated to residential appraising, with commercial valuation added to allow greater diversity of available services.   Tim is a native of Helena, with many community connections, having been active in the Helena Building Industry Association, Helena Area Habitat for Humanity, Farm in the Dell International and the Helena Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. After serving 8 years on the State Board of Real Estate Appraisers, he also has a broad based knowledge of current appraisal rules and regulations, along with having established contacts state wide, which has been invaluable when completing complex projects in many areas of the state. He holds the IFAS designation through the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers.

Shaun P. Moore

Also a native to Helena, Shaun is third generation in the business and the newest member to join the firm. Shaun holds a General Certification and is the primary residential appraiser.

After joining in the Army National Guard just out of high school, he returned to and remained in the Helena area. Appraising since 2002, he obtained his Residential Certification in March 2005. In December 2008 he obtained his General Certification allowing him to offer a broader range of services.
